Happy Birthday Papa...

Today is Dad's birthday, we baked a 4" tall Moist Vanilla Sponge Cake, sandwiched with 3 layers of Mango chunks Fresh Cream Yogurt filling...then wrapped with Mango slices, finally topped with fresh US Red Globe Grapes, Longans and Maraschino cherries......the sweetness was just right, together with the sweet and tangy taste of mangoes...it is simply refreshing and delicious...

This cake is simply luxurious and was made with lots of love...Happy Birthday Papa, wish you much happiness and good health always....

We called it Mangolicious, short for Mango + Delicious...^_^  

ps: We are not putting his cake on our menu due to the high material cost :p

Cupcake Sizes...

We use standard 3.25 oz Souffle Cup from either Solo, USA or Genpak, Canada. These cups were more presentable than the regular paper cups used, please refer below pictures for the size of each cups and also comparison between the regular size paper cups and our Souflle cups. Souffle cups has more capacity and therefore the price would be higher than the regular size cupcakes. Rest assured that we will price accordingly if customer request to use regular paper cups.

All our cupcake packages comes with 3.25 oz Souffle Cups unless stated.
*Please note that there might be slight change in sizes after baking due to expansion. 
**Correction: The 2oz should be 2.5 oz cup

*Please note that the price apply to limited design, for complex design we might need to charge extra, please specify during the order, if we deem it as reasonable we will waive the additional charge. Additional charge will also incurred if customer wish to modify the packages from the existing ones, example changing all design to 2Ds or 3Ds.

15 pieces: RM60 (5 pcs message,  4 pcs 2D and 3 pcs 3D)

True Love Waits...

Love story that defy the test of time....this lovely couple has been together since their secondary years. For almost 15 years, both of of them learn to grow in their love. Finally they are getting hitched, and I was entrusted to make a romantic cake for their memorable occasion. I still remembered how my friend love to eat noodle snack and we love to tease her with the nickname of Lee Fah Mee, well it is because her the other half was called Fahmy, doesn't Fahmy rhymes with Fah Mee?

This was a last minute request, a week before the wedding and everything was in a rush. She "entrusted" me with the task, well, a big task, a hit or miss situation as I cannot avoid any gravely mistakes. One mistake could make the whole cake crumble, and there is simply no time for other backup plan. I am fully challenge to my max, using whatever knowledge I have to make a 3-tier wedding cake. The result was, a 3-tier white and silver wedding cake, decorated with romantic flowers.

A lady with a handful of bags...

Lately we had been swarmed with lots of cupcakes orders, some big and some small. We had a fun time coming out with the ideas and decorate them. This set is requested by our regular customer for her supervisor's birthday. A set of choc moist cuppies with fondant decoration, initial idea was to make Forever Friend Bear, but we changed it to a lady with some bags and potfuls of love...^_^
