Happy Birthday Papa...


Today is Dad's birthday, we baked a 4" tall Moist Vanilla Sponge Cake, sandwiched with 3 layers of Mango chunks Fresh Cream Yogurt filling...then wrapped with Mango slices, finally topped with fresh US Red Globe Grapes, Longans and Maraschino cherries......the sweetness was just right, together with the sweet and tangy taste of mangoes...it is simply refreshing and delicious...

This cake is simply luxurious and was made with lots of love...Happy Birthday Papa, wish you much happiness and good health always....

We called it Mangolicious, short for Mango + Delicious...^_^  

ps: We are not putting his cake on our menu due to the high material cost :p
